ManyPixels pricing runs from $699 to $2,599 a month billed monthly, or $559 to $2,079 billed yearly, with unlimited requests and revisions on every plan. Advanced, the entry plan, delivers one output per working day, which works out to $26.62 to $33.29 per output if you use every day.
That is cheaper than most US freelancers for daily social and ad graphics. For a small business that needs a handful of finished designs a month, a freelance designer paid by the hour costs less.

The four plans
ManyPixels sells four plans, each at three prices depending on how long you commit. Quarterly billing takes about a tenth off the monthly price and yearly billing about a fifth. The first two plans are sold by output per day. The top two are sold by designer, with a part-time person working your requests in set time zones, Monday to Friday.
| Plan | Monthly | Quarterly | Yearly | Capacity | Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Advanced | $699 | $629 | $559 | 1 daily output | Next day |
| Business | $1,199 | $1,079 | $959 | 2 daily outputs | Next day |
| Assigned Designer | $1,399 | $1,259 | $1,119 | 1 part-time designer | Same day |
| Design Team | $2,599 | $2,339 | $2,079 | 2 part-time designers | Same day |
On every plan
Unlimited requests, revisions and brands, licensed stock assets, native source files, full copyright transfer, a project manager and a Slack channel.
Pause and cancel
Pausing costs $10 a month. You can cancel any time with no fees, which makes monthly billing a real option for a trial month.
What is not listed
The pricing page does not list a free trial or money-back guarantee. Your first month is paid in full, so plan to use it.
Cost per design
A daily output is one deliverable, or one round of progress on a bigger request, per working day. With about 21 working days a month, Advanced tops out near 21 outputs and Business near 42. At full use Advanced costs $33.29 per output billed monthly and $26.62 billed yearly. Business comes to $28.55 and $22.83.
Full use is rare. A finished design usually takes several output days once feedback and revisions are counted, so assume, for illustration, that a small business ends up with 8 to 12 finished designs a month on Advanced. At 12 designs, each costs $58.25 billed monthly. At 8, it is $87.38.
Price per finished output
Full use assumes 21 working days a month. The 8 and 12 design rows are an illustrative assumption, not a ManyPixels figure. The freelance row is one hour of a mid-range US rate, before any plan fee.
The review
The output model rewards a steady flow. If your team files a request every morning and answers feedback the same day, Advanced keeps moving and the per-output price stays low. If requests arrive in bursts, the queue runs one item a day while the rest wait, and an idle day is simply lost.
Freelancer crossover
Compare total spend a month. With us you pay $349 a month flat for the project post ($174 a month if billed yearly) and the designer's hourly rate directly, with no project fee. The table shows how many freelance hours cost the same as each ManyPixels plan billed monthly. Need fewer hours than that and the freelancer is cheaper.
| ManyPixels plan, monthly | $45 an hour, after $349 | $60 an hour, after $349 | $85 an hour, after $349 | $60 an hour, own freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Advanced, $699 | 7.78 hrs | 5.83 hrs | 4.12 hrs | 11.65 hrs |
| Business, $1,199 | 18.89 hrs | 14.17 hrs | 10.00 hrs | 19.98 hrs |
| Assigned Designer, $1,399 | 23.33 hrs | 17.50 hrs | 12.35 hrs | 23.32 hrs |
| Design Team, $2,599 | 50.00 hrs | 37.50 hrs | 26.47 hrs | 43.32 hrs |
Advanced is a hard plan to beat on price. Once a $349 plan is paid, $699 leaves 5.83 hours of $60 work, about a morning and a half. On yearly billing at $174 a month it is 8.75 hours. So the freelancer wins when your month is genuinely small: a flyer, a menu update and a few posts. It also wins on complex one-offs that a queue would split across a week of outputs, and when you already know a designer you trust. If you ship a social or ad graphic almost every working day, Advanced is the cheaper buy.
The comparison with a hire is lopsided in the other direction. The BLS puts the May 2025 median wage for US graphic designers at $62,960. Loaded with benefits at the 1.43 factor from BLS employer cost data, that is $90,032.80 a year, or $7,502.73 a month. Advanced billed yearly is 7.5% of that, and even Design Team billed monthly is 34.6%. If you are weighing a full-time designer, see our guide to freelance graphic design cost for the middle options.
ManyPixels is at its best for a marketing team with a content calendar. Daily ad variants, weekly social sets, email headers, resized banners for three channels. The unlimited brands option also helps an agency or a founder running two storefronts, since one plan covers both without extra seats.
It is a weaker buy for a brand identity, where one person's judgement across many small decisions is the product, and for product or UX work. For those, hire a vetted freelance designer and keep the same person across every job.
A new brand kit also creates follow-up work nobody budgets for. Once the new logo and colors arrive, they need to reach the website, the invoice template, the social profiles and every employee's inbox. On a small team the email side is easiest to keep consistent with one email signature template for the whole company, so nobody keeps sending last year's logo.

Entry prices below are the lowest published or reported figures as of September 2026. Design Pickle no longer publishes its prices, so it is covered separately in our Design Pickle pricing review.
| Option | Entry price | What you get | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ManyPixels Advanced | $699 a month, $559 yearly | 1 daily output, next-day delivery | Daily templated graphics |
| Penji Essentials | $995 a month | 2 active workstreams | Two requests in progress at once |
| Flocksy | From $1,199 a month, annual | 42 creative hours a month | Mixed design, video and motion |
| DesignCrowd contests | $109 to $739 per project, reported | Many entries, you pick one | A single logo or one-off piece |
| Freelancer via SuperGig | $349 a month flat, plus the designer's rate | One vetted designer, paid directly | A few jobs a month, specialist work |
Against Penji, ManyPixels is $296 a month cheaper at entry level, but Penji works two requests at once while Advanced moves one a day. Read our Penji pricing review for its cost per design, and the Flocksy pricing breakdown if you want hours you can track instead of slots. Our own plans are on the pricing page.
ManyPixels costs $699 to $2,599 a month billed monthly in 2026. Advanced is $699 for one daily output, Business is $1,199 for two, Assigned Designer is $1,399 and Design Team is $2,599. Quarterly and yearly billing lower each plan, so Advanced drops to $559 a month when paid for a year.
ManyPixels is worth it if you send design requests almost every working day, such as social posts and ad variants. At full use Advanced costs $26.62 to $33.29 per output, below most freelance rates. If you only need a handful of finished designs a month, a freelance designer paid by the hour usually costs less.
No free trial is listed. The ManyPixels pricing page does not list a free trial or money-back guarantee, so the first month is paid in full. You can cancel any time without fees, which means the practical test is one monthly billing cycle of $699 on Advanced, not a free week.
Yes, ManyPixels lets you pause for $10 a month. That keeps your account, brand files and request history in place while you stop paying the full plan price. It suits seasonal businesses, but remember that paused days produce nothing, so plan launches around the months you are active.
Yes, at entry level ManyPixels is cheaper than Penji. ManyPixels Advanced is $699 a month billed monthly, while Penji Essentials is $995. The plans are built differently, though: Advanced gives one daily output and Penji Essentials runs two workstreams at once, so compare the volume you really send.
A freelance designer paid by the hour is cheaper for small volumes. At $60 an hour, $699 buys 11.65 hours of freelance work, or 5.83 hours after a $349 flat plan to find the designer. One-off design contests, reported at $109 to $739 per project, can also cost less for a single logo.
Post the jobs you would queue with ManyPixels and see which vetted designers apply. Agree the rate, pay the designer directly and keep the same person on every job. $349 a month for the post, no project fee.
Business is $349 per month, or $174 per month billed yearly (50% off), for a project post on the SuperGig project board, with no project fee.
