SuperGig Enterprise
Freelance Management Platform for Organizations of 500+
A freelance management platform puts vetted external talent, contractor compliance and billing in one system. SuperGig Enterprise does exactly that: custom-vetted talent pools, AOR/EOR compliance cover and one consolidated invoice, with shortlists in 48 hours.
Your hiring managers pick from vetted freelancers who passed a 4-stage screen, following the same 4 steps as how to hire a freelancer, wrapped in the controls IT, legal and finance expect.

Capabilities
Enterprise controls for external talent
SSO / SAML
SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Access follows your directory, so offboarding a manager revokes platform access the moment IT does it.
Custom roles + audit log
Hiring managers, approvers and finance each see only what they should. Spend limits per team, approval chains, and an exportable log of every action.
Contractor-compliance cover
Engagements run through AOR/EOR partners, so worker-classification risk sits with the partner of record, not with you.
Security review pack
A ready-to-send security review pack for your assessment process. We do not publish an uptime percentage or sign an availability SLA.
Custom vetting pools
A private pool vetted against your stack, industry and security requirements, built on the standard 4-stage screen built to pass fewer than 1 in 20 applicants.
5 disciplines · one vetting bar
Net-60 consolidated invoicing
One monthly invoice with PO numbers and cost-center tags, on net-60 terms. Your AP team processes 1 document a month, whatever the number of active engagements underneath it.
The ROI case
What 6 engagements save in a year
Agencies bill roughly 2x the freelance market rate for equal seniority. Move six 20-hour-a-week engagements from agency retainers to SuperGig and the annual difference is over $600,000, with every milestone still protected by escrow for freelancers.
Speed compounds the saving. Six hires at the 5-week industry average is 30 weeks of waiting; SuperGig fills each role in 48 hours. Enterprise is $598 a month, or $299 a month billed yearly, and the full freelance marketplace fees are public if you want the baseline. Teams already on Upwork Business Plus can check the break-even spend in Upwork pricing and fees.

Enterprise plan questions buyers ask first
How much does SuperGig Enterprise cost?
Enterprise costs $598 a month, or $299 a month billed yearly, which is $3,588 a year. There is no project fee on top and no deposit. You pay by card, the price is the same for every company, and you can cancel any time, so the plan never locks you into a long procurement contract.
Should I choose Business or Enterprise?
Choose Business at $349 a month if one manager needs to post a project and hire. Choose Enterprise at $598 a month when IT needs SSO and an audit log, legal needs AOR/EOR compliance cover, or finance wants one consolidated invoice. On yearly billing the gap is $125 a month, or $1,500 a year.
Does Enterprise charge a project fee?
No. Enterprise, like Business, charges only the subscription. SuperGig takes no percentage of what you pay a freelancer, so a $50,000 engagement costs the same plan fee as a $5,000 one. That flat structure is why Enterprise gets cheaper per dollar of contractor spend the more work you route through it.
Is SuperGig Enterprise cheaper than Upwork Business Plus?
Above about $6,000 a month of freelancer spend, yes. Upwork Business Plus charges clients 10% by card or 8% by ACH, so $598 matches its fee at $5,980 a month (card) or $7,475 (ACH). Billed yearly at $299 a month, the break-even drops to $2,990 and $3,738. Below those amounts, Upwork costs less.
Is Enterprise worth it for a team under 500 people?
Only if you need the controls. A 50-person company with no SSO requirement and no contractor-classification review gets the same project post, talent advisor and zero project fee on Business for $249 less a month. Move up when security review or compliance cover becomes a condition of hiring, not before.
